Who are the Staff at Camp ReCreation?
  • Camp ReCreation is staffed almost entirely by
    volunteers who generously share their time,
    energy, and talents

  • Volunteers give a one-week commitment to create
    a fun and rewarding experience for our campers
Volunteers range from high school students to
grandparents
No specific experience is required

  • Camp ReCreation accepts volunteers regardless of creed or ethnicity
Volunteers do not have to be Catholic to
participate in our summer camp sessions

  • Camp ReCreation was staffed by approximately
    125 volunteers in the summer of 2009
  • 68 were returning volunteers
  • 47 had volunteered for 3 or more years
